Ever since I had that sinus infection 2 years ago, they haven't been the same. Now, thanks to the snow and the cold, my face feels like it's caving in! Ough..........O_o....

It did nothing but snow all day long. We got a good 6 inches. I hear it's supposed to stop around 3 am. I still think it's pretty, but I wish my bedroom wasn't so drafty. What I wouldn't do for a nice cup of tea!

Last night I finished rooting that head with NDR dark purple hair. I wanted to make sure I had enough hair, so it's not as long as I'd like it, but it didn't come out too badly. I rooted it for middle-parted hair with straight-across bangs. I always use the needle-knot method, and it took me about a week of not-so-steady work to finish the head. Fuu....I don't feel quite ready to paint her. There are too many dolls for me to paint and repaint already! Sooo.....I'm starting to work on one of my SH-06 heads, the one I'm rooting with navy blue hair. I had initially planned on using the old, darker navy blue or maybe a mesh of both, but the Doll and Hobby Shoppe still hasn't received another shipment from NDR. Maybe they're putting all their efforts into stocking their Korean store? Well....whenever that dark navy hair comes in, I'll use it for something else.

The navy hair is pretty hard to work with! I wish everything was as tough and resilient as the violet B hair. The navy blue hair is awfully fine; I've been losing a lot of it to tangles. -_-;;.....

I wrapped a few Christmas presents last night. They were all for me and Kristen ^_^;......Hey, eventually you do reach an age when you have to pick out and even buy a lot of your own gifts! We're trying not to go overboard, because Fuuka was initially supposed to be for Christmas--but who could let an SD languish in her box for 3 months with a clear conscience?
