It's Too Bad.

Minako has some of the Zoukei-mura eyes! The bad news is....I'm pretty sure that my eyes aren't in yet (20mm light green and neodymium). The good news is that the 16mm kite purple (for Miyako) and 18mm dark kite purple (for Maya) that Kristen ordered are in. ^_^ Another bit of bad news is that Kristen asked Minako about a waffle wig in mix wine and a pigtail wig in silver, and she informed her that both wigs have been discontinued. I have to know--has the color mix wine been discontinued? I've wanted a wig in that color for a long time. I don't know if it's just those colors in that wig style that are out of production, or the colors themselves....This is troubling. It's hard to find Volks wigs.

I think that the pipe situation is resolved. All bases have been covered. Meaning, we had the pipes fixed and then had our lovely septic tank pumped as a precaution. I doubt it was full and backing up into the pipes, but--ew, I don't want to talk about this any more! O_O

Our cosmos are blooming nicely. I love cosmos--I'm happy to have it as my birthflower!

I should do something constructive tonight.

Miyako and Saffron. Miyako's wearing Saffron's Volks blue-green eyes. I can't wait until her kite purple eyes come in! I feel badly about how I treat Miyako; she was my first ever SD and I hardly ever treat her to anything. I still have dreams of winning the lottery and opening up a refuge for unwanted MSDs. When a nice new Super Dollfie is released they're usually the first ones to go! The minis were what attracted me to SDs initially. I didn't like the icy cold model look of the standard SDs and fell in love with the cuddly Myu, Maggie and Sakura. Of course, it turned out that the old standard makeup was to blame for most of my aversion to the earlier SDs! But the minis still hold a special place in my heart. ^__^
