Now Wasn't That Nice?

For a few hours last night, my page, the Sakura Tea Room, disappeared. I figured my service was just bugging out, but boy was I scared! ^o^ It's back now, but for a while there none of my LJ images would load. How embarrassing.

Those eyes Kristen ordered from Antique Rose came today. Lime green and citrus, 18mm. We can't take any pictures of them until the 14th, but they are very pretty! Citrus is a wee bit darker than it appears on their page, particularly around the rim. I guess you could call it light blue green, very pretty! The lime green eyes are really cool. ^o ^ They look much less "obnoxious" than they do in A.R's photo, just a nice, mellow lime green.

My sentence structure is funny tonight. Bear with me here.

Soooo...I was thinking about eyes to get Ciel(Mimi) eventually. I always found myself attracted to #39 Rose, but we already have a pink color and a light pink color and a red color. -__- I still really like rose. That brown rim appeals to me...but after much consideration I decided that it would be best to go with #46 Fluorite. It's pretty and certainly different enough. I've never seen Mimi with an eye color like that.

I'm knitting something else now, a mini SD dress with this ginger-green mercerized cotton yarn. It's tough as nails! I probably should lay off the light green/pink combination for once, but I think it's charming. ^___^
