Frost Time.
Oct. 5th, 2003 02:50 pmWell, we haven't had one yet, but we have a frost advisory tonight and we've been taking the opportunity to cut as many of our annual flowers as possible and put them in vases.
I couldn't resist taking an SD picture on such a nice overcast day ^__^. So here's Maya, lying in the grass like a zombie and getting her sweater dirty (the dirt came off).
Kristen and I were the only ones home last night and we took the opportunity to listen to loud(er) music, watch cheesy movies and dirty a lot of dishes. ^o^ Restoration was on again at 12:45 and of course we had to watch it. I hadn't been able to watch the whole thing the first time because my mother needs to watch her sitcoms on weekdays o_o...I wish I could get premium channels in my room! Anyway, in retrospective the movie was okay. I had set out to watch it in its entirety but I have a short attention span and ended up turning it off after David Thewlis's character's last scene. ^_____^ There were some scenes where for the life of me I couldn't understand what he was saying because of his thick Lancashire accent, but all in all I was very impressed with his performance. Even more so than the first time. I'm tempted to say that even setting aside my "ulterior motive" for paying attention to him he was probably the best one in the film! And I didn't find him unattractive in the least. Meg Ryan sure was interesting as the insane Irish girl. Ha. *_* Loved that "leaving step" dance of hers!
I'm still plugging along on the MSD dress. Dunno when I'll be finished with it. Knitting is pretty much all I feel like doing lately. Just the same, I'm going to do some cleaning today.
