The Work Continues.
Oct. 31st, 2003 12:41 amI mentioned earlier that Kristen got me a new white-skinned Excellent B body to replace Shion #1's Excellent K. (Don't ask me why I made two Shions, it was just on a whim ^_^;;...) Tonight I decided to repaint her. After all, what better way to prepare for the big face-up than to work on my endless supply of 1/6 scale dolls? ^_^ I never was happy with the way Shion came out; she was one of my first dolls when white skin was all the rage, and even though I repainted her once she never looked right to me. White-skinned dolls are tough! Her new body is great because now I can finally dress her in anything I want, but it's as stiff as hell. ^__^ I didn't have an easy time of repainting her, but you can have a look here:
( Shion the First, Take Three. )
I had a choice to either repaint her or Julian this week. I decided on her because I'd at least have my choice of clothes to put on her. I'm running low on boy clothes! -_-;; I know I posted Arisa wearing the same dress, but I had actually bought it for Shion-chan.
I tried to make her look older than the normal-tone one. I also used a less-bright shade of pink for her eyes. I figured she looks garish enough because of her hair!
