I've been playing Shin Megami Tensei if... recently and I got lost in the World of Envy, a pretty blue dungeon that almost made me cry. Obscured passages and pitfalls galore! The first time I made it to Lilith she killed me in one hit but my reward was a shiny new Guardian, Byakko! Even though I had passed through the dungeon before it took me over two hours to find the boss again. If I hadn't used Estoma to eliminate random battles I probably would've exploded. O_O
Of the Megaten series, I've only played Persona, Persona 2: Eternal Punishment and a few hours of Innocent Sin. I have witnessed the playing of Nocturne and Soul Hackers. So how does if... measure up? The gameplay is most remniscent of Soul Hackers. It's not a bad game at all but since it's the PSX port of a Super Famicom game is does have its problems. The font is scrawly and very hard to read (probably for an eerie effect), especially for a Japanese studying gaijin like me! It's still more playable than the original Persona!
I switched Ciel's Pure Pink eyes out for Rose today. She's looking uncomfortable in her ankle-length knit dress and I hope to find the time to sew for her soon!
I still can't believe that the Volks 20mm red eyes won't fit her. =_=
For the past two nights I've had dreams about buying the blue-haired Pullip Lan and I wake up wondering if I should preorder her. This has happened to me before. I kind of want something and then I dream about going to a store in a freaky, surreal mall and finding it there. I think that in this case I should probably let it go. ^___^;...Sometimes it's better to have something you want but can't have and keep dreaming about it than to never have anything to long for. I have one more Azone 06 head that I might like to root with navy blue hair and emulate Lan, after all. Didn't I plan to do the same thing with Afternoon? O_O
