Rain, rain, go away!

Well, actually I don't mind it that much better the lawn is looking nice and green. Thanks a lot, Remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy!

Just the same the wet weather is depressing. Whenever I start feeling depressed it helps to play with some Dragon Quest slimes. Here are some pictures I took a while ago that I never got around to sharing:

And there's a big yellow Slime in my parent's wreck of a bedroom, trying to get lean. I bought that Slime for Kristen as a consolation when our computer croaked. I'm sure that there are people out there who have more Slimes than we do. We have thirteen: one huge pink one, four big ones (yellow, orange, blue and green), three little ones (blue, orange and green), three tiny ones (the same colors are the little ones), a green squeeze toy and a blue King Slime squeeze toy. I regret that we haven't been able to find a Metal Slime! HLJ has a huge stuffed one but it shipping would cost more than the actual item. Fuuu....And to think that I've only played two Dragon Quest games in my life, just the first one that was released in the U.S as Dragon Warrior(hated it!) and Dragon Quest VIII, which is freaking awesome. Slimes!

I am continuing to play the GBA Fire Emblem, the most frustrating/maddeningly addictive game ever. I like when you attack a mage with a lance and kill them in one hit. It's like you're popping them like a balloon! :D
