I really wonder if I'm allergic to silk. I had developed little patches of eczema on my fingers while I was knitting that Panache scarf but once I took a break to knit with a different yarn (that had no silk content) the rash went away. I don't think it's that uncommon to be allergic to silk in knitting yarn but it's too bad. I really like the sheen....=_=

So I have one ball of Shine Sport in Crocus. I've tried out Shine Worsted before but I like Shine Sport especially because it reminds me of the embroidery floss everyone used to make friendship bracelets in junior high and high school. I usually hate cotton yarn but this stuff feels nice and soft against your fingers. Unlike Cotton Fleece, it doesn't feel like it's violating you! I'm only making a Kerchief Scarf (pattern from Last Minute Knitted Gifts) but I think the yarn would make a lovely sweater, even if it would take forever to knit. The Kerchief Scarf is something I never had much interest in but now that I have one I realize how pretty and versatile it is!

Plus, making sweaters all the time can be a drag.

I am very annoyed to hear that the PS2 remake of Tales of Destiny has been delayed. The last time I heard of glitches delaying a game it took two weeks to remedy it. On Tales Channel the staff said they hope to have the game out by the end of November...oh well. I'm still playing Soul Hackers and I probably wouldn't be ready for it anyway.

I am officially done with Gokinjo Monogatari. Which means until Christmas (when I can dive into the pile of Moto Hagio books I ordered from Amazon.co.jp) I'll have no manga to read. Gragh!
