They're three and a half feet tall!
I think they're pretty cute columbine, though. Too bad that once we have a heavy rainfall they'll be splat on the ground. I really should have caged these before they got big.
I think that Mons. Jules Elie will be the next peony to bloom this spring. Strangely enough, our infrequently photographed red peony Louis Van Houtte seems to want to give it a run for its money, though! We'll see who comes out on top!
Paula Fay's bloom is already starting to fall apart. Beauty is always fleeting...

This year, this shrub has 70 flower buds!

Here's a butterfly photo I nabbed while I was out watering tonight. I'm not sure what kind of butterfly it is. I see these little things fluttering around a lot.
