Hydrangea, Stage Two.

The only good thing about getting all this rain is that I don't have to worry about watering this hydrangea with our neutral pH water and diluting the blue color. I never thought I'd be grateful for acid rain!

Still, 7 inches of rain in one month is a little excessive.

This hydrangea (Nikko Blue, I presume) hasn't quite filled out yet, but I think it's fun to photograph it in stages.
