Here's my rerooted Princess Luna! She was quite a project, but I really like the way her mane turned out--just don't ask about her tail!

Even though I put some purple streaks in her mane to coordinate with her old tail, it still looks pretty weird. Maybe one of these days I'll figure out how to re-tail an alicorn. If I were to do another Luna based off her Season One design, I'd use the light purple blend alone and it would match her tail better. Hrm...
