I was treated to my first Heritage spray this morning. What an amazing sight! Even if her foliage is coated white with Liquid Fence...hey, it works!

Team Heritage for the Win.

Heritage is heartbreakingly beautiful today. Her fragrance is heavenly. It was raining a little this morning, and when I hiked down to the garden to see her she was positively glowing in the mist. That rose has been in the ground for four months. Only four months! I haven't seen such a display on an Austin rose I've had in the ground for a year.

Rose gardeners live for moments like these. Sure, those flowers will be spoiled tomorrow, but for today...
