Actually, the plant is rather large, but the flowers are small, cute and perfectly-formed. It's Alba Rose "Chloris!"

...one of the few roses to not break my heart this June. She grew a lot, put out a ton of buds, and the bugs won't touch her.

She has a candy-sweet fragrance. I wish it could stop raining so damn much so I could go out and enjoy it!

I swear the same thing happened last year. It's been raining all week, and it's going to rain all next week. Why does this always have to happen when the once-bloomers are supposed to be blooming? Is this what it's like to rose garden in the U.K.?

This flower is the first from Evelyn #1. She's holding up a little better than the other roses in the rain. But still...she's pretty soggy.

When she's prime, Evelyn is the most beautiful rose I've ever seen. This flower would be prime if it would just stop raining!

Grrrrr......

The rain, bugs and disease are not ruining my enjoyment of these roses:

Quietness
Simon Estes
Village Maid
Rook
Winchester Cathedral
Charlotte
Chloris
Darcey Bussell
Honeysweet
Cornelia
Winter Sunset
Griff's Red
Polareis

A short list when you consider how many roses I grow. But still a good list, I suppose.
