I've been cooking for ten years, and this my first pie! I did such a bad job cutting the slices neatly that I wasn't going to take a photo, but the pie was so good that I wanted to immortalize it. :D
It's supposed to be served with whipped cream on top, but I'm not wild about whipped cream in general. In spite of the ridiculous flourescent pink color, this pie contains honest-to-goodness raspberries in the filling (well, you put 3 T of raspberry gelatin in the chiffon layer to set it). But the jam layer is all raspberries! Raspberries we grew ourselves!
