Hey there! I painted that nudy doll I had been talking about tonight and he's completely nudy! XD His name is Uriel and he is indeed the same character as the Uriel doll I made a loooong time ago with the Volks C head. I hadn't been happy with the head mold or the Volks white hair color that is more like platinum blond. About a year ago I picked up a NDR #5 head prerooted with white hair. It's a shame that they don't sell them bald but this was the head mold I had been looking for. Then, for some reason, I didn't paint the doll until a year later. This is my first shot at the NDR #5 head. I quite like it but it's too hard to find. I guess I shouldn't let myself get too attached to it! No fair! ::kicks a wall::

They said on the NDR site that this is a Takara Jenny boyfriend head mold. If my observations are correct it's Raph's. Maybe the hair would've been better side-parted but the pickings were slim! He totally looks like a girl.

I made chicken croquettes tonight. I hate frying them because oil always flies back into my face and smears up my glasses. Ah, but they were good. I've eaten the leftovers already as a late-night snack.

EDIT: I kept the odd-eye thing for Uriel but instead of one red eye and one blue I gave him one red eye and one gray. It was a last minute decision, heh.

I had been putting off painting him because I thought doing two different colored eyes would be a pain but it wasn't really. I know that Noix de Rome sells these heads prerooted only with side and center part. I was wondering if center part would look funny for a male doll but I think it looks all right. ^^

Eheheheh...just kidding. He's very cute. His eyes kind of jump out at you, don't they? They almost look like glass eyes.

And those flowers are indecent images of sexuality, I apologize for that. ^o^

You flatter me! I didn't know how I would do with this head because it's my first one...but..ah..that lawn sprinkler hitting the window is very distracting.
