::looks up at the sky:: It feels like only yesterday that it was pouring like crazy outside and now, here we go again!

Last night I tried painting that Obitsu #1 head with the scuffed nose. I'm not going to bother posting a picture because I'm not happy with the results. :P The scuff doesn't look as noticeable now that there's a face but I never have a good time of painting heads with etched-on eyes. They always end up looking overdone, probably because I lack a delicate touch. I've seen other people do great things with that head. Oh well. I'll stick to the #2 for the time being.

My stomach has started to hurt all of a sudden. =_=

Last night I fought my way through some annoying puzzles and found Volt in Tales of Eternia. He didn't speak electric gibberish and he had an odd masculine voice in battle but other than that he was as cute as ever. XD Fighting him was like kicking around a giant beachball with eyes! I had fun with him except for that time he used a massive spell on my party that killed everyone but Rid. -_-

As far as the elementals in Tales games go you can't get any cuter or weirder than Volt (well, maybe Gnome in TOP) but in TOS he looked horrible. How dare they screw with Volt and try to make him scary?!! He's supposed to be one of those eye-of-the-hurricane novelty lamps with googly eyes! O_O

The scenes between Rid and Keel and Rid and Meredy in the hotel were sweet. I'm glad that this game is capable of producing genuine emotion between the characters rather than a lot of flailing, screaming and cliched lines. Rid has his bad points but he isn't a complete dumbass. I just wish he would do something about that outfit!

The Volt scene in Tales of Symphonia was so stupid and cliched and melodramatic, it made me want to never play the game again.

Aw.....I love it. We're like two harpies harping on TOS. XD From the way other people talk about it, I'd swear the copy I bought had a fatal bug that made it suck.

Maybe other people have a higher tolerance for stupidity. Or maybe they've never read a book in their lives or played a game that wasn't by Game Arts and don't realize what stupidity is.
