Busting the Stash.

I painted a doll from my stash and I didn't have an easy time of it! I rooted an Obitsu #2 head a while ago with a few different colors (RestoreDoll Azure Blue, Sea Glow and HiHo Silver?) I had left over from other projects. It's hard to coordinate eye and lip colors with a doll that has greenish hair and I ended up having to do something completely different from what I had originally planned....

I'm calling her Katherine. That's a Takara Jenny kimono that I swiped off one of Kristen's dolls. I put it back right away!
I think I damaged my right ring finger playing VP2. I've only been playing it for an hour and a half a day, tops, and somehow it happened. Too much dashing and button-mashing! I've been playing the game for 24 hours and I just finished both optional dungeons in Chapter 3. As usual I am slow as molasses. If I keep up with video games and knitting I'm going to end up in the best shape of my life because they make my muscles so tense that I have to work out extra to get the kinks out! ^o^ I don't think I'm ever going to be able to lift heavier than 10lb handweights, though, even though I've been using them for almost a year... =_=
I still don't know if I like VP2 better than the original VP. I think that the gameplay is superior (no bugs yet, at least) but I have a short attention span and a story composed of loosely connected vignettes appeals to me. Maybe it's good that VP2 isn't like the original game. It's not like VP is going to explode on the shelf and I'd prefer it to have its own value rather than having VP2 one-up it on every count.
