It's really coming down!

The rain, that is.

Next week the temperature's supposed to be in the nineties. I am not looking forward to that. Maybe I should move to Alaska?

Working along on the MSD coat. Very slowly. I've knit 36 rows of the first side. Kristen finished her knitting project yesterday and it came out beautifully. I'm inspired! She always seems to pick up on things quicker than I do ^_^;....though now that I think of it, I was the one who initially taught her how to knit, purl and bind off stitches. Mwa ha ha!

My Harry Potter book was shipped yesterday via UPS. I didn't want to be too fanatical about getting it as soon as possible. I have plenty of things to do, and I need to save some money. There's been talk about a character dying at the end of the book, but as long as it's not Professor Lupin I'm not too concerned. ^o^ As harsh as that sounds! ^o^

My stomach's been bothering me lately. For some reason, whenever I eat gyoza, whether store-bought or home-made, they give me a stomachache.

Azone finally put pictures of Rocket Rabbits Caty on their site. At first I wasn't impressed, but now that I've seen her up close I think she's quite cute. They're also releasing another "special" school uniform, this time from Welcome to Pia Carrot. I think it looks ridiculous. I won't rest until they release a 1/6 scale doll version of the Seven Sisters school uniform from Persona 2!

I love having Emilio around me. ^_^ Whenever I'm in a bad mood I look at his gloomy little face and my heart melts. The pamphlet that came with him says that he was born to meet me. I know it sounds sappy, but I really feel like he was the ideal boy for me. Now, that's enough of that! *^^*

It's been raining crazy all night. I'm not sure what to do with myself. I thought I'd read some manga, but I'm not in the mood. I'm running out of index cards for my vocab words. Lately I've been having a hard time retaining what I teach myself from the kanji and grammar books. I think I need to read a lot more. It's just so much easier to remember things by association. I know that worked like a charm for me with Spanish. All thanks to watching the Mexican dub of Captain Tsubasa ^^;;....
