All in all, I knit 47 rows of the first side. That's all for today!

I love having Emilio around me. ^_^ Whenever I'm in a bad mood I look at his gloomy little face and my heart melts. The pamphlet that came with him says that he was born to meet me. I know it sounds sappy, but I really feel like he was the ideal boy for me. Now, that's enough of that! *^^*

It's been raining crazy all night. I'm not sure what to do with myself. I thought I'd read some manga, but I'm not in the mood. I'm running out of index cards for my vocab words. Lately I've been having a hard time retaining what I teach myself from the kanji and grammar books. I think I need to read a lot more. It's just so much easier to remember things by association. I know that worked like a charm for me with Spanish. All thanks to watching the Mexican dub of Captain Tsubasa ^^;;....

Thank you! I just got the idea to snap a picture because we were having a thunderstorm and I didn't know what else to do with my time. ^_^;

Emilio doesn't have a lot of photos on my page yet, and I feel bad about that! I wondered if I should post about him to DOA, but I worried people might find it tiresome. ^o^ But if you'd like me to, I'll go ahead!

His eyes are those HG/EG pale purple, 18mm. They were one of the new colors introduced at Dolpa 9. They're very pretty, which is a good thing, because he has one of those SD13 head caps and for the life of me I can't pry his cabeza open. :P

Oooh, that yarn is very pretty, I'm sure your sweater will turn out lovely! Maybe Emilio will knit a few rows while you are asleep to help out :-) He is such a sweetie, I love Michael's serious looking face! It is great that you are so happy with him, it is so nice to be able to find "the one" that was meant for you!
