60 Watts of Anguish.

I've been a in bad mood ever since a bulb in my overhead lamp burned out and I had to replace a 40 watt bulb with a 60. I never thought strong light could make me so irritable. You better believe I changed it back as soon as I found more 40s. O_O It was like being in a prison line-up!

Christmas wasn't too bad. We spent Christmas Eve with my paternal grandmother, aunt and cousin. After all that's happened this year it was amazing that we all made it to the holidays in one piece! I handed over all the scarves Kristen and I made even though I was sorely tempted to keep them myself. ^o^ We had standing rib roast and Yorkshire pudding (which everyone was afraid to try but I liked it). I drank more alcohol than I ever have in my life. I'm a wimp. I hardly ever drink. I almost choked on Bailey's Irish Cream but I didn't have a problem with the champagne. I probably got a little buzzed and I felt very uncomfortable with my YOUNGER brother staring at me and telling me that I was drinking the Irish Cream wrong, I was supposed to do it in one gulp, not sip it. Okay...

I didn't want much from my family because we just had the roof replaced but I was pretty satisfied in the end. Here's what I got:
