If you don't like spicy food, you can adjust the heat by reducing the amount of chili garlic sauce. As it is, the dish would be medium-spicy. I like to use it with tofu, chicken and vegetable stir-fries and serve it over sticky rice. This time, however, I used Trader Joe's frozen brown rice. It has an appealing, chewy texture and cooks in three minutes in the microwave. Besides, I always need the fiber. XD
