As Kristen promised, here's a picture of Maya in the new Volks wig:

It's pretty cute! I couldn't take a decent picture that showed off the curls, but it makes her look like a girl from some '70s shoujo manga. ^_____^ Nice color, that honey gold!

I checked the Volks Dolpa page, and they updated their information on Ken: this really is a standard release! :D I'm sure that they'll do Mika eventually as well, for all the Mika fans (I like her too, but I want a boy...;_;). Even if they don't,this is at least a way to get the head, right ^____^?

I've been thinking that whenever I can get a kit version of Ken, I'd like to buy him a boy mini SD wig in honey gold and some Volks glass eyes in gold-brown A, 16mm. It'll be a long time before I can get him, but it's nice to have something to look forward to!

honey gold is one of my fave colors! I think your idea for a ken is lovely!

Thanks ^_^! I hope that Frank can get the Ken kit some time in the near future. I kind of decided that I wanted him on impulse, but isn't that the way it always is? I don't like his standard makeup, so I don't think I'd want a completed one unless there was no other doll available ^_^;;.....

yeah, I think ken's makeup is even more severe than Mikas, and it's not as male as I'd like.

a kit would be great! I'm tempted to get one too, as having twins would be adorable. ^_- but probably not soon, as some of the other dolls are tempting me lately, and if ken is stadard as a kit, I could get him later!
