Yes, I am. Because Mom and Dad got called in to work at 10pm tonight, and I took advantage of the empty house to make chicken croquettes.

^_^ Well, I didn't want the chicken to go bad! Plus, you can serve them cold, and I thought they'd be a nice thing to eat for breakfast tomorrow. They aren't that hard to make--you just grind up chicken in a food processor with onion, fresh bread crumbs, parsley, curry powder, cardamom, and a few other things...I think you're supposed to serve them with mango chutney, but we don't have any. I don't think I'd like it,anyway.

I'm such a weirdo....I finished cleaning up fifteen minutes ago. Cooking is such a nice, cozy thing to do on a lonely night. I'm not particularly hungry right now, so I didn't eat any, but I have a feeling I'm going to be snacking on them if I stay up late.

It's tough. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so when most people would do some baking, I make.....chicken croquettes. I know the last time Mom and Dad were called in, Kristen and I put on some music and ate udon--at midnight! Speaking of udon, I don't have much of a stomach for the stuff. I think it's good, but it's way too filling....I don't think I've ever finished a bowl! ^___^

.........I'm tired.....I've been thinking about getting another wig for Miyako, but I can hardly afford it now. I was thinking, something with pigtails. There's a cute Tallina's wig with pigtails that I'd like to get for her, maybe in auburn? I hope she doesn't think I'm neglecting her! ^_^
