Big Red Tulips.

This is the first time in three years we've had a mild spring, and the bulbs look really nice ^__^. Kristen got these Red Impression tulips free with her purchase of....something...from some online gardening store. I didn't think they'd show for much, but they're blooming now, and they're these MASSIVE scarlet flowers that look like giant poppies. They're my favorite flowers this year--red is such a bad-ass color! ^o^ You don't see much of it during the spring.

I found a custom Ria on Maimilk's page today. Actually, I had seen her a few weeks ago, but it didn't click that the actual SD Ria was the base. I had assumed it was Ria's prototype and a custom Nono/Rio/whatever, but the page states that SD Ria was the original doll....hmm....is this a preview? I think her head mold is pretty cute. She looks like a gentler version of Nono. I still think I'd prefer Mimi as my next SD girl, but I'm not ruling out Ria if Volks standardizes her. Oh, but that's going to be a long time from now!

Today I was particularly twitchy about that Michael. I woke up convinced that I could buy him if I sold his wig and outfit afterward, and Kristen had to restrain me for a while ^_^;;.....Later on, I did some calculations and realized just how screwed over I'd be if I bought him. He's a lovely doll, but he's not worth going to debtor's prison over! It would help if I sold his wig and clothes, but there would be no guarantee that anyone would want them, and if no one does, then.....I'm screwed! I'll have faith that Volks will either do another release or standardize him. I'd really like a boy now, but I need to learn how to restrain myself! I listed a few more things on eBay, including Volume 2 of the Suikoden 2 novel series. I had wanted to hold on to it because Luc was in it, but I haven't even played Suikoden 3 (plenty of Luc there!) and it certainly means less to me than having the money to buy another SD in January. Besides, my room is starting to look like an anime store,and that's not always a good thing ^_^;;....

I'd definitely love his clothes, but alas I have no money. ;-; Don't know how his wig looks like so I can't comment on that. Do you know of any websites that have images of gothic Michael in real life? I still haven't seen him yet....

Ha ha ha....I don't have any money either! ^_^ The only thing I could have done was charge him, and then I realized that was just a cheap way of buying something I can't afford. =_=

As you can see, his wig is completely different from the prototype's! But he has such a cute face ^_^....still, I shouldn't even be looking at this doll. If Frank still has him in 2 months, maybe I could do it. I'm so broke it isn't even funny.
