Say hi to Alma! She's a customized Secret Wonderland Chiika, rerooted with Restoredoll Cranberry Saran, which appears to be a blend of Ruby Tuesday and Hot Pink. I've always preferred Chiika with side-swept bangs. She still looks like she's a little off in the head, though.

I named her Alma after the mineral almandine, which is a kind of garnet. According to the Legend of Mana Ultimania book, a Jumi is born from a gem that's untouched by human hands for centuries. So Alma was born from Secret Wonderland Chiika, a doll I never touched because I didn't like her. ^o^

There never was a garnet Jumi, though...

Normally I love pink hair and purple eyes but it made her look kinda...dim? This is an amazing improvement~!

Thank you ^__^! I think the problem was that with her original hairstyle, her bangs were so thick that they obscured her eyebrows and dulled her facial expression. Rather than looking bewildered, she looked like she was trying to hypnotize people with her eyes. She actually had much thicker bangs out of the box and really badly done spiral curls--I did some work on her before her "before pic" as well.

I wanted to give her a brighter hair color because the milky pink hair matched her skin tone a little too well.
