Honestly, there's nothing I can say about the tragedy in Japan that hasn't been said already. Other than the fact that it's devastating, and that I wish that all this crap would be over so that those poor people could start to pick up the pieces and try to salvage their lives.

Anything else I could possibly say would wind up sounding maudlin. This is horror. I wish that history would just stay in the history books.
