Ghoul of the Week.
Dec. 14th, 2011 02:35 pmHere's Day at the Maul Frankie Stein!
She was found at my local Super Stop'N Shop, of all places. :D...
She's a variation of Gloom Beach Frankie, with a different outfit and hairstyle. I love her makeup! She unfortunately isn't perfect; her lip paint has a little ding in it that I didn't notice at first. Oh well. At least all her body parts are in working order!
For some reason this doll only turns up at grocery stories.

Date: 2011-12-15 12:33 am (UTC)I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find this doll at all. I've only seen one or two on eBay. Everyone who's found her seems to have found her at a grocery store or Kohl's, not TRU, Wal-mart or Target. How odd...
I'm glad that the lip flaw doesn't show up much in photos. It isn't really a big deal. I guess one just has to accept that none of these dolls are going to be perfect.

Date: 2011-12-15 05:50 am (UTC)It can be frustrating, especially when we have to comb stores like Family Dollar for something that they're not even guaranteed to carry. :/

Date: 2011-12-15 04:34 pm (UTC)You can't even find those two dolls at Amazon. I was lucky that the grocery store I found Frankie at was only a few minutes from my house. But really, how odd!
It's not like she was any cheaper than the other dolls...
