Eyes and assorted others.

Our Tallina's glass eyes came in today! ^_^ Of course, they're for Christmas, but I couldn't resist trying out them out before we put them away. We ordered 22mm light blue eyes for Fuuka and 16mm dark violet eyes for Kristen's Myu (who's going to be a while coming). They're beautiful! The 16mm ones are great for mini SDs; the iris to white ratio is perfect. I wish I had ordered a pair for Miyako, but I guess I can do that some time in the future.

Hee hee hee.....Kristen and I finally got our copy of Super Adventure Rockman! :D It's been hailed as the worst Rockman game ever, but for some reason, we really wanted to try it. Kristen played through it once already. So, without further ado....

I don't know why people think this game is so bad. I thought it was the cutest, funniest thing I'd seen in a long time. ^_^ It's an interactive cartoon in Japanese, and even though I've taken 3 years of Japanese I had a hard time understanding some of it. I guess that the language barrier would take away some of the fun, but this game didn't strike me as a slack-off job in any way. Hey, it's the closest thing I've even seen to Rockman anime!

Cut Man was too cute. ^__^ He spoke Kansai-ben ^o^! I loved the part when you lose to Flash Man (?) and he shows up to rescue you (he slings you over his shoulder and sticks out his tongue at the baddie before running off). Ice Man didn't have a single line until the end. Gutsman was cute, too--as cute as he could be ^_^!

I know it wasn't supposed to be funny, but Kristen and I were laughing hysterically at the over-the-top "Death of Quick Man." He was a good guy, after all....

If only they didn't have to rehash the "bad guy sees the light and then dies" thing for Gemini Man! -_-;;...

Blues was...amusing. He reminded me a lot of Wakabayashi from Captain Tsubasa (except more attractive and a better actor!) He kept popping up, giving Rockman "tough love", then running off--literally running off. No mysterious one-liners, no teleporting away. It was like....he was in the middle of a conversation and just remembered he had a dentist appointment. I wonder why Rockman never considered tackling him? ^__^

There was one point where.....and I swear this is the reason I did a LJ cut for this topic--where if you lose to Spark Man, Blues saves you and fires off a blast at the enemy, saying "I won't let Rockman die in a place like this!".....but, with my sucky Japanese, I thought he was saying "I won't let you do Rockman in a place like this!" O_o......hey, the sound quality wasn't that good!

Would a love hotel have been better?

I had a bizarre dream last night. I dreamt that I had a choice (and I had to choose one) to buy, from Minako, either a white-skinned Myu or.....a Mini SD Asami who was covered with.....blood. Apparently, she had been previously owned by someone who had been murdered. Now....I would've preferred the Myu (even in addition to the 2 Myus we're going to end up having.....eventually....) but everyone kept telling me I was crazy to turn down the Asami. She was rare, she was dressed, she was.....covered with gory blood! O_O

I wonder what it means? I remember that I didn't really want either of the dolls, but I had to buy one because I didn't want Minako to lose money. I knew everyone would say I was crazy for not taking the Asami, but that was so......

Ha ha haaaaah.......O_o.....I know, I thought, even if she could be cleaned off, that's such an unpleasant state for a doll to come in that I wouldn't buy her even if they lowered the price! (she was $320 in the dream, if I remember right)
