I posted earlier that I'm not really attracted to red roses, but I think I made a mistake!
"Siren's Keep" is the same exact color of our butterfly bush "Miss Ruby." As you can see from the photo, the flowers are quite large (though my hands are also quite small). Too bad I can't capture the wonderful fragrance in a picture! One of "Siren's Keep's" parents is the David Austin roses "Othello," a rose with gloriously beautiful flowers and a terrible growth habit (clusters of gorgeous blooms on the ends of 12 foot thorny canes, anyone?).
