Setting aside preferences about flower shape, color and fragrance, here is our best rose of the year in terms of health, vigor and frequency of bloom. It's Griffith Buck Rose "Honeysweet!"

She's easy to ignore because her blooms are a little blowsy in hot weather. But she's given us so much, and I just realized that she makes nice, airy-looking cut flowers.
