Not much to add tonight. My parents have been planning a "half-birthday" party for my younger brother, whose birthday is on Christmas, for two months and didn't feel the need to share those plans with anyone else in the household. I had to hear it from my grandmother--"See you this weekend!" Wha???? Nice planning, guys! I only see the two of them about fifty times a day and they never thought to tell me "Hey, we're celebrating your brother's birthday in August?!" That wouldn't be his half-birthday, anyway o_o......In her defense, Mom says she didn't think Dad was serious about it. o_o
