The power isn't going to go off, is it? There's been a massive blackout on the Eastern Seaboard, but thankfully we've been spared. We only lost power for three minutes.

I played some more Ys last night. I was stuck for a little while because I hadn't realized that what I thought was the "mask of ice" was actually the "mask of eyes" and to be used to uncover hidden passages. Heh heh. I told you, the font is hard to read! Anyway, I just bumped into the lovely Luta/Luther, but I think I'll give it a rest for today. I admit that Feena is a bit annoying. She's a typical whiny anime heroine but her saving grace is that in this version of the game she kind of looks like a man. ^_____^;;....

I haven't done any doll work today. I still have to finish rooting the red-brown head's part and I haven't done anything about Cordelia's outfit either. She still looks odd to me but maybe I'll be used to her in a few days. o_o I'm not sure if I'll want to paint another doll for a while.

I don't think I could ever choose between 1/6 scale dolls and Super Dollfies. They are two entirely different entities to me. I think that my fascination with glass eyes will always keep me hooked on SDs, but I can't say that I like them more than 1/6 scale dolls. There have been a few SDs that I had been thinking about over the past year and recently I've ruled out all of them with the exception of Mimi. Aisha's lovely F-13 commission head has reawakened my interest in her. Maybe I would prefer a FCS doll with the F-13 head, but Mimi would be much more affordable. I've been talking it over with Kristen, and we decided that if we still want her by the time Miyako has her second birthday (That would be March 25?) we will preorder her with Frank. Seven months is a good long time to think about it! I might decide not to go through with it after all, but I've ruled out Nono13, Ken and Ria if she's re-released. I just can't say I'll never buy Mimi.

I know what you mean about 1/6 dolls and SDs... I told myself if I was going to collect SDs, no more Jennys for me, that I'd sell them all.

Needless to say, I still have quite of my 1/6 dolls left, and 2 Shino and Akari wedding doll sets are on YJ, and I'm drooling over here -_- ... (I think there was a black wedding version to that set? I'm holding out on the white version until I see it..)

I just can't say never... :)
