Chapeau de Napoleon. He didn't increase much from last year, being a wacky moss rose/centifolia with a seriously ugly habit, but his flowers are a lot bigger this year. I love his mossed tricorn buds and squishy blooms. I really thought he was going to ball this one, but it opened just fine!
