An Invaluable Alba.

Felicite Parmentier has been blooming for ten days so far. Not bad for her first flowering season! I think she'll carry on for at least four more days. I really do love this rose. I have her in a horrible spot, and nothing is touching those perfect pink flowers. Her leaves are spotless. And since I am a sissy with allergies, I do prefer the sweet alba fragrance to the damask perfume.

FP, you are so cute. I would love to have at least two of you in my garden. It's a pity that she's not so easy to find.

Wow! That lower bloom is particularly gorgeous. I bet you could offer this photo as stock and get a lot of buyers if you were into that sort of thing.
