I actually kept my promise to myself and repainted lil' Julian today. You can see the results here:

Well...^___^;...all I can say is that he looks better than he did before! I didn't have the easiest time painting. I tried to do something new, and I hated the way I didn't have complete control over what I was doing! I have a hard time feeling enthusiastic about a boy of mine that doesn't have the fabulous SH-06 head. ^o ^ Oh well. He looks a lot like Yanagi, doesn't he? He photographs like crap. His eyes are much darker in person.

Tomorrow it's going to be close to 90 degrees. That pisses me off. Guess it's time to dust off the A.C! Turning it on is just a matter of hitting a switch, but for some reason every year when the weather starts to heat up I worry that it won't work! Because that would be just my luck. Ha. My parents have a window unit in their room, so if the A.C doesn't work in the rest of house I'll just hang out in there.

Too much paranoia. Too much anxiety and paranoia! O_O

Thank you! ^_^

I should really stop being so paranoid. I'm always worrying about things around my house breaking!

Very nice! I like the detailing in his eyes. Which head does he use?

Good luck with the AC... hope it all works out!

Thank you! ^_^

He has the Volks A-type head (I can't remember the number, but it's the one that came with his body). I really do prefer the SH-06 for boys but I figured that if I wanted him to look young the A-type head would suffice. ^_6

Not sure if this will help you, but when Husband's AC was acting up we relied on a tower fan, sort of like this one:

Different brand of tower-fan, at Amazon

The good thing about these kind of fans is that they at least keep the air moving, which can sometimes make a difference when you're drowning in heat.

^_^ To tell you the truth, I think I have one of those! I should use it in my kitchen. My mother bought it in the winter when it was on sale. She apparently mistook it for a space heater.

I have a breeze function on mine. I'm not sure what to think of it. At first I thought it was neat but after a while the gusty winds issuing from my fan started to freak me out! ^o^
