I was tired of dressing poor Leene-chan in nothing but my SDs' hand-me-downs, and I ordered this Azone 60cm dress for her:

There's no way I could get on any of the SDs! ^o^ This dress had caught my eye on the Azone page a while ago. I wasn't going to splurge on it, but I thought that if Leene had one nice dress to wear I'd enjoy her more.

It was cold and rainy today. My kind of weather. I still have dirt stuck under my fingernails from digging around in the garden. We still have a lot of ground that could be dug up for flower beds. I would love to have a bed of nothing but white flowers (I hear white flowers look gorgeous at night) but I wonder where I could put it?

Last night I watched the HBO First Look at the Prisoner of Azkaban movie. It was more interesting than I predicted...eh heh heh...

More like the fourth or fifth look for me. ^^;...I know that a few people have already seen the third HP movie at the premiere, but for a less enlightened person like me it was nice to watch this little special. There was an interview with Gary Oldman, and comments from David Thewlis at last! :D The latter came across as a little shy and soft-spoken, but isn't he usually like that? His Northern accent wasn't as thick as I remembered it. I couldn't tell if he was toning it down or maybe he's starting to lose it? Who knows? I thought it'd be a shock to see him up close considering that the most recent movie I've seen him in was made five years ago, but he looks pretty good for 40! Pretty good for 35, actually. ^__^;;...

And according an article in Newsweek, he knows about the bashing that has been going on surrounding his casting as Professor Lupin. Poor guy...I'd figured as much. ;_; Well, he seems to have acquired a few more fan-sites just the same! The depth of some people's rudeness never ceases to amaze me. Anyone who still insists on whining about the casting choices for this movie must at least have some idea of how childish they sound. "Oh, I wanted fill-in-the-blank person instead!" "The character in my head looks like this person!" How arrogant are these people that they think that anyone gives a crap about what they want? Are their little private fantasies so important that they have to broadcast them to the public? What a bunch of asses. :P

I guess I'll never understand how important fandom is to some people.

Oh wow, what a gorgeous dress!
I think she'd look beautiful in the bed of white flowers you mentioned... would you plant night-blooming flowers?

Thank you ^_6! I wasn't going to buy it, but I couldn't stop thinking about it. It looked so cute on the 60cm Sahra Azone used for a model, it makes me wish I had one, but I guess my Leene will have to do!

I love the idea of night-blooming flowers. I'm going to give moonvine a try again--last year it took so long to grow that the first frost killed it before it had a chance to bloom. ;_;
