My Eyes....

They hurt. I put on mascara when I went out yesterday and that always messes them up. I tell myself that I don't really need it because although they're as tough as wire and refuse to curl my eyelashes are pretty long. Still. I wear glasses, and I wanted some emphasis. Now my eyes sting, but I'm not sure I wouldn't do it again if I had the chance. I used to wear it all the time, but after the contact lenses and eye infections I haven't wanted to maul that area that much.

I had a college roommate who never took her mascara off. Ever. She wasn't heavy into makeup but had this thing about removing her mascara at the end of the day. She thought it was bad luck because the one time she did take it off she had a fight with her boyfriend. So every morning she just applied another coat to the existing mascara. ^____^ I never really noticed a massive black build-up on her eyelashes, but still, that's a great way to get an eye infection!

I finished the left front of my SD sweater. It went surprisingly smoothly, but it'll probably be a while till I see the end. Phooey.

I watched a 30-minute kiddy show called "Hamilton Mattress" on HBO. Haaa....the main character was an aardvark voiced by none other than David Thewlis of soon-to-be Harry Potter fame. ^o ^ I've actually seen a few things with him in it since I heard he's playing Professor Lupin. I'm not stalking him, honest! ;_; Anyway, he sure has a funny-sounding accent! I like it very much. "Hamilton Mattress" was okay but I liked him more in "James and the Giant Peach." I need to stop poring the TV listings for movies with him in it. I have to tell myself it's not just because he's playing Professor Lupin because he really is a good actor. ^o^....

You know who's not good? Madonna. But I don't think I needed to tell anyone that.

I ate 3 apples today. I think I've hit a standstill.
